Home on a roll

In what appears to be the human equivalent of a hamster ball, German university students have designed a flexible space within a minimum housing unit. Aptly named Roll It, the large cylindrical design is fleshed out into three functioning sections by carved wooden interior panels, each functioning differently depending on the angle the tube is left sitting.

The inside of the nomadic abode features a bed and table section, a kitchen with a sink and storage cabinets and an exercise section, which allows the inhabitant to roll the house around in a treadmill-esque way. We'd hope no children, animals or plants are close by during the moving process.
